SUSAN PAUL, CPCC, ACC is the head of the Careers interest area.

Susan Paul is a Professional, Certified Career Coach and Facilitator and has worked as a consultant since 2010. She specializes in helping individuals drill down to their core talents, strengths, values and what they truly love doing. From there, Susan supports her clients to re-build a new vision of work and career. Before founding her consulting practice as a Career Coach, Susan worked for several rewarding years in the nonprofit sector as a Fundraiser, Foundation Program Officer and Nonprofit Manager. In her most recent management position, Susan found what she loved doing more than anything else – hiring, supporting, coaching and developing talented colleagues. She holds a Bachelors degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and holds a certification as a Myers Briggs facilitator. She is the incoming Career Interest Area Chair for the Association for Psychological Type International and is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development, Golden Gate Chapter. In addition, she is a trained mediator. Susan is a native Californian and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her dog, Sam. She coaches clients who live all over the world – from Oakland, CA to the Congo, Africa.
