Important Registration Notes:
If you are signing up at the member rate, please remember that membership renewals are due July 1 before the conference. Admission at this rate will only be extended to those have renewed their 2013-2014 membership prior to the conference. Unlike past conferences, registering at the Non-Member Rate does not include a membership with APTi.
If you are a full-time student, but not a member of APTi, please contact APTi Executive Director Tony Doucet at 804-523-2907 to see if you qualify for the student rate.
If you are a presenter at our conference, you qualify for the early bird rate until May 15th. If the regular Early-Bird Deadline has passed, please contact APTi Executive Director Tony Doucet at 804-523-2907 to receive the discounted rate.
Cancellations will be accepted until June 1, 2013. With a written request, a full refund of the registration fee will be applied minus a $50 processing fee. Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be granted after this date. Accommodation reservation cancellations remain the responsibility of the attendee.
For purposes of planning your air travel, the conference will end on Sunday, July 14, at Noon. Also you might consider either Miami International or Ft. Lauderdale to fly into; both are about 20 minutes from the hotel and served by shuttle service.
