HR Professional Track Webinar Series - REGISTER HERE

Having a corporate background, I realize how important it is to help participants make meetings productive and positive events. When type preferences get in the way, people dread meetings and meetings are more likely to be a waste of time and source of group discord. If we can help them manage their preferences in meetings, flex to be more effective, and put structures and processes in place that help manage differences, we can greatly improve the quality of their daily work life as well as their effectiveness as professionals.

You will learn how to:
- How to use pre-meeting actions as well as behaviors in the meeting to balance communication between extraverts and introverts, bringing out the best in both.
- How to make space for both the big picture perspective as well as necessary details.
- How to recognize when Temperament-related values send participants “up the ladder of inference” and how to help them come back down.

You will receive:
- Webinar handout
- Meeting Tip Sheets for Extraverts and Introverts
- Afterwards, the article “Hate Meetings? 6 Tips to Make Meetings Work for All Types”.
