How to Identify and Influence Judgers/Perceivers - Rob & Carly Toomey
Thursday, May 28, 2020, 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM CDT
Category: APTi Chapter Events

Join Rob and Carly Toomey with Type Coach to learn more on the Judging (J) & Perceiving (P) type dichotomy related to orientation towards the world. Especially during the current pandemic and shelter-in-place restrictions, you may be working with and/or living with others having opposite preferences to yours and sometimes relating to each other can become a challenge.

In this session, you'll learn in the context of both professional and personal areas:
1) How do you identify whether someone is a J or P?
2) How to flex to influence thereby getting their full attention?

It's not about manipulating to get people to do what they don't want to do. Rather it's about recognizing and adapting your style to establish rapport, get their focus, and what to avoid doing to annoy.
