This in-person program is presented by the Bay Area Association for Psychological Type (BAAPT) chapter.

Why, with so many tools at our fingertips, do so many people report frustration—too much to do, too little time? Or with the blending of work and personal life?

During this workshop, you’ll

  • Explore your personal brain energy and bandwidth through a validated survey
  • Learn about the components of bandwidth and what your brain needs
  • Look at type connections
  • Experience exercises you can use with individuals and groups
  • Identify ways to improve your own bandwidth

For those who use Type professionally, discover:

  • What is bandwidth and why it matters for coaching and organizational consulting
  • Exercises you can use with teams to help them see how norms and expectations may be harming team bandwidth
  • Connections between bandwidth, wellness, and emotional intelligence

This presentation is geared to ALL levels of type knowledge.
