Category: APTi Chapter Events

This Zoom program is presented by the Bay Area Association for Psychological Type (BAAPT) chapter.

Knowing the core values and inner motivators articulated in the Temperament model is powerful information in finding work that is fundamentally satisfying and energizing. Similarly, knowing how to motivate others based on their Temperament is a valuable skill in both professional and personal contexts.

Main take-aways for personal use:
  • The motivational forces covered in this workshop explain a great deal of the “why” in terms of decisions we make, careers we select, and even how we approach our romantic relationships.
Main take-aways for personal use:
  • Knowing your own motivational forces allows you to steer your professional career so that you’re able to spend more time doing work that you find energizing and satisfying.
  • If you manage others (formally or informally), the content covered in this program will allow you to bring out your colleagues’ highest levels of engagement and performance.

This presentation is geared to Beginning and Intermediate levels of type knowledge.
