This virtual program is presented by the Portland Association for Psychological Type (PAPT) chapter.

Have you ever been in a meeting where the intention was to come up with something “innovative, new, not the same thing we’ve always done” and what happened was that the introverts left the brainstorming meetings feeling completely shut out; the very creative, never-been-done before great idea was shot down with all the reasons that it couldn’t work and you never got to the details needed to know the plan could work. Everyone left demoralized and many said it was a complete waste of time.

This presentation, based on the Type Coach Type and Innovation models, will reveal how to get everyone’s participation in all parts of the process and how to structure the meetings to get an effective approach to innovation.
