While Jungian type is concerned with cognitive functions and how our brain makes decisions and processes information, the Enneagram is focused more on our internal drives, passions, fears and defense mechanisms. These are complimentary systems that deal with overlapping but distinct areas of personality. Using them together can deliver powerful insights.
