 Education is all about how we perceive the world—and which of Jung’s four perceiving functions we prefer influences our education strengths and beliefs. In this session, we’ll explore how helping teachers use this framework to adjust instruction is furthering Isabel Myers’ dream that someday every child, every parent and every teacher would know their own and each others’ types and be able to use their knowledge effectively in teaching and learning.

Jane Kise, Ed.D., is the author of over 25 books, and is an organizational consultant. She specializes in leadership development, instructional coaching, differentiated instruction, and building collaborative teams. A frequent speaker, she has keynoted at education and type conferences across North America and in Europe, Saudi Arabia, Australia and New Zealand. Jane has INFJ preferences.
